Support

I’ve spent years loving families through joyous seasons and hard seasons as my time as a Children’s Director, to now being deep into birth work, holding space for mothers as walk through the birth and postpartum season.

I have been serving families in parenthood for over 10 years. From the classic babysitting era in my teenage years, to being a habilitation and respite provider.

After my daughter was born in 2021, I recognized that even though I had an amazing midwife, a supporting husband, family all around me and a church that provided so much for us, motherhood is hard.

I “had it all, and yet I still struggled.
Each new day and week felt like it brought new questions and challenges.

I didn’t want to buy a course or a digital download that I wasn’t even sure would help me. I couldn’t afford one-on-one support from a doula or other similar service. My postpartum brain was so tired from scrolling social media, trying to find answers for free.

I longed for a space where I could connect with a professional and just simply ask questions, especially at an affordable rate.

Except that didn’t exist, so I created it.
